Answers to common questions about nodes, generation, and billing.

1. What is a node? How do I add one?

A node is a single block on the canvas — an image, video, audio, script, or timeline clip. Click + Add in the toolbar or drag from the left panel. Drag nodes to arrange them; drag from a node's right edge to connect (wire) them.

2. How do I generate a video or image?

Select a node, type a prompt in its textarea, then press Generate (or Ctrl+Enter). The cost estimate appears before you confirm. First-frame and last-frame inputs are optional. You need enough credits on your balance.

3. How do locked characters / consistency work?

In the Consistency panel, lock character cards so the same face/outfit appears across shots. Locked character names are automatically appended to every prompt and reference images are injected. Without locking, the model may produce a different face each take.

4. Why did my generation fail? How do I retry?

Failures fall into five types: network (check connection), timeout (try again), quota (top up credits), model overload (wait and retry), and invalid key. Failed runs are auto-refunded. Use the Retry button on the failed node.

5. How does billing work? Can I get a refund?

You pay per second of generated video (transparent pricing on the pricing page). Unconsumed prepaid balance is refundable within 30 days. Failed generations are auto-refunded. Prices are in USD; VAT/sales tax is added at checkout.
