LensWave respects intellectual property rights and responds to clear copyright infringement notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws. We may remove or disable access to material claimed to be infringing, and we maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of repeat infringers.
2. How to File a Takedown Notice
Send a notice to our designated copyright agent: copyright@lenswave.ai. You may fill in the form below — it will prepare an email for you to send. Your notice must include:
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
The exact URL(s) on LensWave where the material appears;
Your name, address, telephone number, and email;
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law;
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder;
Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Our Process After Receiving a Notice
Review (usually within 24 hours on business days): we check that the notice is complete and credible. If incomplete, we ask for the missing items;
Notify the uploader: we email the user who uploaded the content, identifying the claim and the URL;
Takedown pending: while under review we may remove or disable access to the disputed content immediately, to prevent ongoing harm;
Counter-notice: the uploader may submit a counter-notice within 10 business days with their contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury of a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and consent to local-court jurisdiction. On a valid counter-notice we notify the complainant;
Restore or keep down: if we receive no lawsuit from the complainant within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content; otherwise it stays down.
4. Repeat Infringers
Accounts that receive three or more substantiated takedown notices, or that repost the same removed material, are considered repeat infringers and will be suspended or permanently terminated, with paid balance forfeited per our Terms of Service. Knowingly filing a false notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability.
